The inquiry form collects your name and phone number (both required), an optional email address, your town or nearest community, the service or problem you select, how soon you need help, and the description you write. You also confirm, with the consent checkbox, that you understand this is an independent inquiry service.
The form includes a hidden field intended to stay blank. If it is filled in, the submission is treated as spam and discarded without being forwarded.
Purpose
Why we collect it
We use these details for a single purpose: to review your inquiry and, when an independent provider is available and accepts it, to pass the inquiry along so that provider can contact you and follow up. The details are not used for anything else.

Who sees your details
Your details may be shared only with an independent provider, and only for the purpose of handling your inquiry. We don't sell, rent, or trade the details, and we don't publish them.
Payment
No payment through this site
This site never collects payment. The inquiry form asks only for the details listed above. There are no billing or payment fields anywhere on the site. Any provider you're matched with is an independent business that handles its own terms and billing directly with you.
Security and retention
What we can and can't promise
We don't claim specific security controls or a published retention period. Form submissions are transmitted to the site's server over HTTPS, and the site's own function does not store submissions; it forwards validated inquiries to the configured destination for handling.
The details serve the inquiry and follow-up only; once the inquiry is finished there is no ongoing reason to keep them. If you have questions about your details, use the contact page.

How this service works
Calvert Septic is an independent local inquiry and information service for Calvert County, Maryland. We are not a septic contractor: we do not own trucks, crews, equipment, or a physical office, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Calvert County government.
When you submit an inquiry, we may match it with an available service provider in the area. Providers are independent businesses and contact you directly. We do not promise outcomes, pricing, response times, or availability, and we do not publish customer ratings or comments.
Official project requirements come from the Calvert County Health Department and Maryland state authorities: replacement permits, perc tests, nitrogen-reducing (BAT) treatment, and design standards. See the regulatory links on this page.
Homeowner inquiries are free. A participating contractor may pay us an agreed referral fee for a completed, customer-paid job. Contractor referral terms are agreed before an introduction.
