Contractor partnerships

Earn septic work through a paid referral partnership

Serve Calvert County, Maryland? We are recruiting independent septic contractors for a referral pilot. Agree a referral fee with us before the first introduction, then pay that fee when the referred job is completed and your customer has paid you.

Independent inquiry & information service · No obligation · Requests may be matched with an available provider

The offer

Start with an agreed referral pilot

Calvert Septic operates an independent homeowner inquiry service. We propose introducing suitable inquiries to a contractor who covers the location, handles the requested work and has capacity. We do not promise lead volume, exclusive territory, booked jobs or a homeowner's budget.

There is no consumer subscription or upfront contractor listing fee in this pilot. We earn an agreed referral fee on a completed, customer-paid job. The amount or percentage is negotiated and recorded in writing before any introduction is made.

Before the first referral

Put the commercial terms in writing

  1. Confirm coverage and fit

Tell us your business name, service towns, job types, relevant licenses and insurance, and your current capacity. You remain responsible for your quotes, work, permits and customer contract.

  2. Agree the fee and attribution

Before an introduction, agree the fixed fee or percentage, eligible work, duplicate and existing-customer exclusions, attribution window, evidence of a paid job and any cancellation or refund treatment.

  3. Track the introduction and settlement

Each agreed referral receives an ID. Confirm acceptance and report the outcome against that ID. If the job qualifies and your customer pays, settle our referral invoice using the payment method and deadline agreed in writing.

Next step

Propose a fee-bearing pilot

Email hello@calvertseptic.com with your coverage, job types and preferred referral fee structure. Say whether you prefer a fixed amount per completed, paid job or a percentage of the collected job value. We will confirm terms and suitability before routing an inquiry.

An email expressing interest does not create a binding referral agreement. No fee is due until both sides have accepted the written terms and their agreed payment trigger has occurred.

Answers

Partnership questions

Are leads available today?

Availability varies. We verify each inquiry, homeowner permission and contractor fit before proposing an introduction. This page does not promise a current lead, a minimum number of jobs or exclusivity.

Does the homeowner pay Calvert Septic?

No. Homeowner inquiries are free. A participating contractor may pay us an agreed referral fee. The contractor quotes and contracts directly with the homeowner.

How this service works

Calvert Septic is an independent local inquiry and information service for Calvert County, Maryland. We are not a septic contractor: we do not own trucks, crews, equipment, or a physical office, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Calvert County government.

When you submit an inquiry, we may match it with an available service provider in the area. Providers are independent businesses and contact you directly. We do not promise outcomes, pricing, response times, or availability, and we do not publish customer ratings or comments.

Official project requirements come from the Calvert County Health Department and Maryland state authorities: replacement permits, perc tests, nitrogen-reducing (BAT) treatment, and design standards. See the regulatory links on this page.
