- Providers contact you directly — you decide on any visit.
Privacy: your details are used only to match and follow up on this inquiry. We don't sell them, and we never ask for payment through this site.
Before you submit
What to include in your inquiry
A clear description helps a provider understand the situation before they call. Include what you can:
- What you see — backups, odors, slow drains, wet or soggy ground, an alarm light, or something else.
- Where it's happening — which fixtures, and where any wet or smelly ground is located.
- Since when — when the symptom started and whether it comes and goes.
- Water use — roughly how many people use the property and whether symptoms follow heavy use.
- System details you know — tank age or material, the last pumping date, and alarm panel lights.
- Contact details — a phone number, and optionally an email, so a matched provider can reach you.

About matching
Matching depends on providers
Calvert Septic matches inquiries only when an independent provider is available and accepts. Availability changes from day to day, so we can't promise a match, a time, or an outcome.
This site doesn't publish an email address, a physical office, or business hours. The form above and the call button on this page are how to reach us.
Prefer to talk it through? Use the call button on this page — or submit the form and a matched provider may call you. Either way, nothing is promised until a provider accepts.
Answers
Contact questions
Will a provider definitely contact me?
No. Matching happens only when an independent provider is available and accepts the inquiry. If no provider accepts, your request won't be matched — we don't promise a call.
Can I submit an inquiry about a property I don't own?
Yes, when you have a legitimate need — for example, you manage the property or are helping a relative. Provide the owner's contact details so a matched provider reaches the right person.

How this service works
Calvert Septic is an independent local inquiry and information service for Calvert County, Maryland. We are not a septic contractor: we do not own trucks, crews, equipment, or a physical office, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Calvert County government.
When you submit an inquiry, we may match it with an available service provider in the area. Providers are independent businesses and contact you directly. We do not promise outcomes, pricing, response times, or availability, and we do not publish customer ratings or comments.
Official project requirements — replacement permits, perc tests, nitrogen-reducing (BAT) treatment, and design standards — come from the Calvert County Health Department and Maryland state authorities. See the regulatory links on this page.
We will never ask you to pay through this site.
